Meet the Founder and Director: Migel Hayles-Taylor
Migel is an award-winning HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) investor dedicated to delivering value and transforming the Shared Accommodation industry. Migel has lived in shared accommodation as both a student and a professional tenant and now manages and invests in shared accommodation – Migel has gained perspective from these vantage points and has made it his mission to create exemplary beneficial solutions for tenants, investors, agents, and landlords.

Migel featured on the Rent 2 Rent Success Podcast – Showing the world that his creative ethical property investment and management solutions still work in London, UK. This was the first time Migel publicly spoke about running an HMO management business since 2019, how he secured his first HMO management contract.

He was invited to sit on an expert panel and provide insights and professional opinion of the direction of the industry and weathering an uncertain economical climate. Typically, Migel generously offers expert advice publicly and privately to anyone wanting to make their dreams a reality!

Migel's First Refurbisment Project!
Migel completed the refurbishment of a studio flat in South London – The 4-week project was completed after collaborating with the local authorities to find suitable accommodation for a growing family. The family are now happy in a much larger affordable accommodation, and a new tenant gets to start their own ‘happily ever after’!

Migel's Second Refurbisment Project!
Migel completed the renovation of a house in South London. This included a back-to-brick strip out. Reconfiguration to create an open plan kitchen living room, new bathroom, new electrics, appliances, boiler, lighting and flooring, and furnishing throughout the house. The project was completed from start to finish in just three weeks.

Migel's First Property Business Award!
Migel placed 3rd for the ‘Visionary Property Investor of the Year’ award in 2024 for his resilience, tenacity and continuous business and personal growth despite harsh economic and global conditions.
Migel was especially highlighted for his persistence against the odds. He comes from humble beginnings, understands the value of hard work and determination, and has built a reputation for conducting business with integrity and creativity.
